CARE

All jewellery is made with high quality resin, 925 sterling silver, or is 18ct gold plated sterling silver, brass, or stainless steel.

Materials as sterling silver will naturally tarnish and gold plating will gradually fade over time.

Our resin is a high quality material, however exposing it to U/V light might change slightly the colour.

To help prevent this, here are some tips on how to take care of the jewellery:

• Silver and gold might be damaged by any strong cleaning chemicals or salted water, so we recommend you to remove the jewellery before cleaning or sunbathating.

• Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotions directly onto to the pieces.

• Remove jewellery when you expose yourself to U/V light.

• To keep it clean just use warm soapy water and gently dry it.

• To keep them shiny and clean use a soft cloth.

• Avoid sharp objects that might scratch the resin

To protect your jewellery from getting scratched keep it in provided pouch or box.

DELIVERY

All deliveries to within Europe are posted via Royal Mail or DHL. The cost of delivery will be covered by the customer.

• You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days after it being dispatched.

• You will get an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

• The product might be delivered for the next working day for a higher additional cost – for more information please contact the designer.

For delivery/shipping outside Europe please contact designer for further details.

• You can expect to receive the parcel within 10 working days

• The confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is despatched.

All jewellery is presented in a special customised velvet pouch or jewellery box.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your merchandise, you have the right to return the parcel within 14 days of purchase with the goods in exactly the same condition as received.

By placing the order you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the designer.

In case of return or exchange please contact the designer within 14 days after the purchase on contact@izabelacalik.com and request the details to send the product back.

Please note, if you are claiming return or exchange item after 14 days period we will consider your request, however we cannot guarantee that the return will be authorised as our policy is strictly covering only 14 days.

SIZING

RINGS:

Resin rings are provided in 2 traditional sizes:

• Small – About 17mm inside diameter

• Medium – About 18mm inside diameter

Bracelet and collars/ necklace are provided in one regular size.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product which is subject to availability and confirmation of the price of the order.

CONTRACT

Contract between seller and buyer starts only after a confirmation email is received.

You will be able to receive confirmation email of the ordered goods only after full payment.

Placed orders which have not been paid will be cancelled.

The order might not be accepted if an item you have ordered is:

We are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment

We identify the product or pricing error or issue.

The designer reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at her sole discretion. If for some reason I am unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted by email or telephone advising you of this.

We are trying to keep the website as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular item will always be available. If we cannot supply the requested item we will release the funds being held in your account for the purchase.

PRICING, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

All the prices do not included additional costs of shipping or delivery.

Any duty and taxes in some countries incurred for shipping are the responsibility of the customer. The parcel is shipped by DDU – duties and taxes unpaid, where I do not collect the VAT, duties or taxes, so any additional charges must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Please remember to pick up your parcel. If you won’t collect the parcel, it will be shipped back to me, and you will be charged a fee in order to cover additional costs and expenses for not collecting or returning the parcel.

Please note if you placed the order via international bank transaction you might have to cover not only the price of the shipment but as well the additional bank charges in a case of requested return money.

COVERING LAW

This terms and conditions will be processed in accordance with an English law. The customer and designer Izabela Calik submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

PROPERTY

The entire content of the website, including all jewellery designs, copyright and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name of the designer/ brand, and the idea of the product may be store, print or display for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any of this properties for commercial or business enterprise.
